Schedule an Appointment

If this is an eye emergency, call 9-1-1 or contact us during office hours. Please call the office for any eye emergencies.

We do require a 24-hour cancellation or reschedule notice. If an appointment is cancelled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours ' notice, a $25 retainer will be taken to rebook and will be applied to your next appointment. (As long as it is not cancelled or rescheduled with less than 24-hour notice.) Missed appointments will require a $50 retainer fee to rebook, and only $25 applied to your next appointment.
